How we earn it.
Every cleaner is background checked
Before a first visit, without exception. Nobody works in a home for us until that comes back clear.
Insured on every job
Nobody works in your home without general liability coverage in place. Ask for the certificate and we will send it before a crew is scheduled.
Our own employees, never contractors
Everyone who walks into your house is on the Sunday Best payroll, hired, trained and paid by us. Your home is never subcontracted out to whoever happens to be free that day.
Trained to one checklist
The same standard in every house, so the work does not change depending on who is on the schedule.
If something is not right
If something is not right, tell us and we will put it right on your next visit.
You know who is coming
A text before the visit with the first names of whoever is on the job that day, so nobody unexpected is at your door.
A flat price, published
No hourly meter and no upcharge once we are inside. Bigger and smaller homes move up and down from a published baseline.
A text when we lock up
You get a message on the way out. We do not photograph the inside of your home.
Your house has a file
Allergies, pets, the door that sticks, anything you tell us once. Whoever is on the job reads it before they walk in.
-
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything. Vacuums, cloths, and products all come with the crew, so nothing of yours gets used up and nothing has to be waiting for us.
-
Who is actually walking into my house?
A Sunday Best employee. Everyone who cleans for us is on our payroll, background checked before their first visit, and trained to the same checklist. We do not use contractors, agencies or day labor.
You get a text with the first names of whoever is coming before they arrive, and another the moment we lock up. Your access details live with the office, not on anyone's phone.
-
Are your cleaners employees or contractors?
Employees. Every cleaner is hired onto our payroll with taxes and withholding handled by us, which is both the right way to do it in Massachusetts and the reason we can train people to one standard and stand behind the work.
Companies that send contractors cannot really promise either of those things, because the person in your house does not work for them.
-
What if I am not happy with the clean?
If something is not right, tell us and we will put it right on your next visit. No arguing about it.
-
What do you clean with?
Plant-based products as standard, on every visit, not as an upsell. If you would rather we used something you already have under the sink, leave it out and we will use that instead. Tell us about allergies or a scent you cannot be around and it goes on your property notes, so the crew knows before they arrive rather than after.
