Not a deposit, not a trial rate, not money off. The crew shows up, works the full checklist, and you are not charged for it.
Then two at the regular rate
You are booking a plan of three visits. The first one is on us and the next two are the flat price you already saw.
That is the whole thing
Nobody wants to hand a stranger their door code on a promise. Giving you the first one free is the fastest way to earn the next.
And one every November
Stay on a biweekly plan for a full year and the clean before Thanksgiving is on us. You do not have to ask and there is nothing to claim. It just does not appear on the bill.
The Sunday Best Guarantee. If a room is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and redo it at no charge. If the second visit still misses, that clean is free.
The fine print
- New customers only, one per household.
- Applies to recurring cleaning, weekly, every two weeks, or monthly.
- Your plan is three visits. The first is free, the second and third are at the rate you were quoted.
- Reschedule any visit free up to 24 hours ahead.
- Homes over 3,500 square feet are quoted individually.
What we do
We clean what stays and carry off what doesn't.
One pickup is usually how it starts. The reason people stay is that the same two people come back on the day you picked, and the house is the way they left it.
What actually happens
The parts nobody puts in an ad.
None of this costs extra and none of it is a package. It is just what a visit is.
Before we arrive
- A text with your crew's first names and a real arrival window
- Another text when we are pulling up
- Your notes on file: allergies, the dog's name, the door that sticks
- The same crew as last time, and the time before
While we are there
- Shoe covers, without being asked
- Quiet vacuums, so you can work through it
- Plant-based products as standard
- We clean around you, not at you
Before we leave
- A fresh liner in every bin, and the vacuum emptied
- Door handles, light switches, and the outside of the bin
- Thermostat and lights back the way you had them
- Towels refolded the way you fold them
- Anything we found, in an envelope, left where you will see it
- A burned out bulb replaced, and nothing said about it
- Recycling to the curb if it is pickup day
- A note on the counter, signed by the crew
Afterwards
- A text when the door is locked
- A drip or a slow drain flagged quietly, in writing
- Something not right, tell us within 48 hours and we redo it
- When it goes wrong, the owner calls you the same day

Junk removal, by the bed
Priced by how much of the bed it fills, never per item. The labor to carry it out and the dump fees at the other end are already in the number. Anything past a heaped bed is more than one run, so we quote that by hand.

One crew, out of Newburyport.
We run out of Newburyport, which sits about halfway along the coast we cover. That keeps drive times short in both directions rather than spreading a schedule thin. We would rather be twenty minutes away than cover everywhere and arrive in an hour.
