- Every price is per visit and published before you call.
- Reschedule any visit free up to 24 hours ahead.
- Homes over 3,500 square feet are quoted individually.
- Tell us about an allergy or a scent you cannot stand and we work around it.

What a visit costs
These are per visit, and they cover most homes of the size noted beside each one. Bigger homes cost more, smaller homes cost less, and a house that needs more work than usual is quoted on its own. You get your own number before you book, not after we are inside.

We run out of Newburyport, which sits about halfway along the coast we cover. That keeps drive times short in both directions rather than spreading a schedule thin. We would rather be twenty minutes away than cover everywhere and arrive in an hour.
