No, and most people are not. We take a lockbox code, keypad code, or smart lock access, note it on the job file, and text you the moment we lock up.

Yes, everything. Vacuums, cloths, and products all come with the crew, so nothing of yours gets used up and nothing has to be waiting for us.

You get a text with the first names of whoever is coming before they arrive, and another the moment we lock up. Your access details live on the job file rather than in a group chat, and nobody photographs the inside of your house.

If something is not right, tell us and we will put it right on your next visit. No arguing about it.

Plant-based products as standard, on every visit, not as an upsell. If you would rather we used something you already have under the sink, leave it out and we will use that instead. Tell us about allergies or a scent you cannot be around and it goes on your property notes, so the crew knows before they arrive rather than after.

Yes, free up to 24 hours before the visit, by text. Inside 24 hours there is a $45 fee because the time is already scheduled and paid for. There is no contract and no minimum, so you can change the frequency or stop whenever you want.

Seven days a week, 7am to 7pm. Weekend slots are the first to go, so book them a week out.

Card, ACH, or Apple Pay on file, charged after the visit is complete. Tipping is never expected.
